Return & Refund Policy – Bihar Traders

At Bihar Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 3–7 days of delivery (as applicable)
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Dry fruits and edible items once opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged)

3. Electronics & Mobile Accessories

  • Electronics and mobile accessories may carry manufacturer warranty only
  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivered
  • Physical damage, liquid damage, or improper use is not covered

4. Clothing & Apparel Returns

  • Clothing items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
  • Size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability
  • Color variation due to screen resolution is not considered a defect

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID and product images (if required)
  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request
  4. Pickup or return instructions will be provided

6. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be provided if the product is available in stock
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

9. Late or Missing Refunds
